PROShaker® Limited Warranty

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions, excluding damaged/broken springs, in any IZEN PROShaker® purchased from authorized channels (i.e., from authorized U.S. distributors, the website or the IZEN storefront on and Units purchased from third party resellers do not qualify for warranty. The original sales receipt is required for all purchases.


How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty on the IZEN ProShaker® lasts for 180 days from the date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the PROShaker®.


What Will IZEN Do? 

If the unit is covered under warranty per the terms, IZEN will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge to the customer.


Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and IZEN will not assume liability for packages damaged during transit. IZEN may, at its discretion, offer to pay for freight for in-warranty repairs and will not pay for shipping, duties or taxes for out-of-warranty repairs, international addresses and customers outside of the continental United States (including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii).


What Does This Warranty NOT Cover?

Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We do not cover defects resulting from improper use.


How Do You Get Service?

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must contact IZEN via email at, from our website at or by telephone at 888-401-1144 within 180 days of purchasing the PROShaker®.


What Happens If The Product Is Out Of Warranty?

For PROShaker® issues that occur after warranty expires or that are not covered by warranty, please contact us to receive a quote for the repair. For customers within the continental U.S., the cost of the repair includes parts, labour, 90 day service warranty, and shipping. Outside of the continental U.S., you will be asked to ship the unit at your expense along with a pre-paid return label to:

We will inspect and service your PROShaker® within 72 hours of receipt. 


If you wish to perform repairs elsewhere or on your own, replacement parts are available for purchase through our customer service department and our website.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
